Microsoft Office 2016 Installation Instructions

  1. Uninstall any previous version of Office that you may have installed on your computer. Reboot your computer.
  2. Double click on the .iso file you downloaded from the WebStore. A disk image will appear on your desktop. Double click on the Microsoft Office 2016 icon if it does not open automatically.

  3. Double click the .pkg file.

  4. Click on Continue.

  5. Click on Continue.

  6. Click on Agree.

  7. Click on Install.

  8. Administrative access is required for this installation. Enter the Name and Password of an
    account with administrative access and click on OK.

  9. The installation will begin and take several minutes.

  10. The installation is complete. Click on Close.

  11. The below Word 2016 windows will automatically open. Click on Get Started.

  12. Click on Skip Sign in.

  13. Microsoft Auto Update may automatically run at the completion of your installation. Click on Check for Updates. Click Install to run any updates that are located.

  14. You are now ready to use Microsoft Office 2016.
